This interactive class equips pregnant individuals with practical tools to push effectively, minimize unnecessary pelvic floor strain, and progress through labor with greater clarity & body awareness.
This class is for pregnant individuals who:
Want more than a standard birth class
Want to go into labor with confidence and connected to their body
Are curious how the pelvic floor actually functions during labor
Want practical tools to support their pelvic floor for pushing, positioning, and recovery
May be experiencing pelvic pain, tension, or fear around birth
No prior pelvic floor knowledge required.
Unlike large childbirth classes, this experience is:
→ Pelvic floor–specific and clinically guided
→ Active and movement-based — not lecture-driven
→ Focused on effective pushing, not just pushing harder
→ Intentionally small for personalized guidance
This is not a lecture-only class. You will learn and practice:
✔ How the pelvic floor works during labor and pushing
✔ How to connect with and coordinate your pelvic floor & breath
✔ Mobility exercises to create space in the pelvis
✔ Supportive labor & birth positions
✔ How to push with coordination instead of force
✔ How to protect your pelvic floor in early postpartum
You’ll leave with clear, actionable tools to begin practicing immediately.
